Fundamentals & Essentials of Yoga for a Better Practice Series
for Beginners & Those Looking to Improve Upon their Yoga Practice.

Series Begins Wednesday July 12th 5:30-6:30pm runs thru July 26th


In this 3 week session, attendees will learn the basic principles and practices of Hatha Yoga; develop a clear foundation for practice, with an emphasis on proper alignment and body awareness, general body toning, basic breath training and yoga meditation and relaxation. An introduction to yoga philosophy is discussed which provides the basis for the practice of these techniques. In each week’s class we will break down the precise actions in the postures to help teach correct alignment & achieve the benefits of each pose. Props will be used for modifications. 3 week session is $5 with ALL JBYS Drop-in Packages/ $30 without
Minimum of 5 preregistered by July 11th for session to run.
