What to expect during the Massage Session
To begin, your LMT will conduct a brief, confidential consultation to assess your needs, review your health history and discuss your wishes and or goals for treatment. At this point, your therapist will leave the room, allowing you to undress to your comfort level. The massage table is dressed with sheets and a blanket for your comfort. Specific draping techniques are utilized to ensure modesty. You can expect soft lighting, relaxing music and some small lit candles to create a peaceful setting.

What to expect during your Reiki Session
To begin, your Reiki practitioner will conduct a brief, confidential consultation to assess your needs, review your health history and discuss your wishes and or goals for treatment. When you are ready to begin, the practitioner will ask you to lie down on the treatment table. (*Please note: Client remains FULLY CLOTHED during a Reiki treatment.*) There will be a pillow under your head and knees, a warm blanket over you, and a small cloth to cover your eyes and encourage relaxation. You can expect soft lighting, relaxing music and some small lit candles to create a peaceful setting.

Description of Treatment Sessions:

Integrated Swedish Massage
A classic massage composed of long, soothing strokes, gentle stretching, compression and various methods of tissue manipulation designed to reduce stress and tension, ease chronic pain, diminish fluid retention, and ultimately return the body to a state of comfort, relaxation and balance.

Deep Tissue Massage
This technique reaches the deeper layers of muscle where tension and stress can often become trapped. Deep tissue massage facilitates the release of tension, as well as muscle adhesions and their associated toxins.

Facial Massage
This luxurious treatment will cleanse, tone and detoxify the face. Specific reflex points of the face are addressed to treat corresponding body systems. This session also includes a soothing massage of the neck, scalp, shoulders, arms and hands. (Add a foot massage for only $10)

Reiki
Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy. An ancient healing technique, Reiki enhances the body’s natural healing abilities. Reiki reveals your most authentic self, guiding you on your path to peace, enlightenment and joy. A Reiki treatment can have many results such as: a gentle release of pain (physical or emotional), an effective release of energetic blocks, a boost to the immune system, a diminished level of stress and fatigue, a reduction of illness and or symptoms, or an increase in the body’s vibration, or all of the above and more! Every client is unique, every practitioner is unique, and therefore every session is unique!

Raindrop Therapy
This technique facilitates a gentle, natural cleansing of the Nervous System to help align and clear the physical and energetic pathways of the body. A specific combination of essential oils are dropped along the spine like a soft rain shower, then gently massaged into the tissue. Session concludes with a hot compress on the back.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a specific massage of the hands and or feet. This modality relieves stress, improves circulation, clears toxins and strengthens the immune system, allowing the body to return to a more natural state of balance and harmony. This is an effective alternative treatment for those who are too sensitive to receive massage directly to injured or damaged tissue.

Chair Massage($1 per minute)
A refreshing and affordable treat! Take a few minutes to detach from the daily grind and reconnect the body, mind and spirit!
